By using the Shearerline platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all related platform policies, rules, and compliance requirements.
Accounts and Qualifications
- Registered entities must be legally operating businesses and must provide true, valid, and complete business licenses, tax numbers, authorization documents, and product qualifications.
- Platform accounts may only be used by the registered business and must not be lent, rented, sold, or shared with unauthorized parties.
- Primary accounts are responsible for assigning sub-account permissions and for activities conducted under their account structure.
Platform Services
- Shearerline provides sourcing connections, order management, inventory and fulfillment support, fund settlement, compliance controls, AI tools, referral commissions, and business reporting.
- The platform may adjust features, workflows, and review standards for business, regulatory, payment, logistics, or security reasons.
User Conduct
- Users must not publish prohibited, infringing, counterfeit, defective, or non-compliant products for the U.S. or Brazilian markets.
- Order manipulation, false transactions, malicious refunds, abusive chargebacks, off-platform transactions, and attempts to avoid commissions or settlement rules are prohibited.
- Users must comply with applicable laws and cooperate with necessary compliance review.
Termination and Disclaimer
- Shearerline may terminate services for serious violations, prolonged inactivity, or voluntary account closure, while retaining necessary transaction, log, and settlement records as required.
- Within the limits permitted by law, Shearerline is not liable for losses caused by policy changes, customs controls, third-party logistics or payment failures, force majeure, or other events beyond platform service responsibility.
