Shipping Policy

This policy explains fulfillment methods, estimated delivery windows, tracking visibility, and cost responsibilities for China direct shipping, U.S. warehouses, and Brazil local warehouses.

Scope

  • This policy applies to business distribution orders in the U.S. and Brazilian markets, including China direct shipping, U.S. warehouse fulfillment, and Brazil local warehouse fulfillment.
  • Carrier, service level, freight cost, and estimated delivery time are shown on the order page when available.

U.S. Fulfillment

  • China direct shipping to the United States is generally estimated at 7 to 15 business days, excluding customs exceptions or force majeure delays.
  • U.S. warehouse fulfillment is generally estimated at 2 to 5 business days and usually provides more complete tracking visibility.
  • After payment, the system locks inventory, matches an available warehouse, and creates the fulfillment task.

Brazil Fulfillment

  • China direct shipping to Brazil is generally estimated at 10 to 25 business days and may be affected by customs, tax review, and local delivery fluctuations.
  • Brazil local warehouse fulfillment is generally estimated at 3 to 7 business days. Due to local logistics limitations, complete real-time tracking may not be available.
  • For Brazil local warehouse orders, Shearerline may provide shipment confirmation, warehouse outbound proof, and carrier acceptance records, but does not guarantee full-route real-time tracking.

Costs and Special Products

  • Freight is calculated by weight, volume, destination, warehouse, and service level, and is displayed in order details.
  • U.S. sales tax and Brazilian ICMS/IPI or other applicable taxes are handled according to relevant laws, customs rules, and platform policies.
  • Oversized, fragile, battery-powered, liquid, or other special products may require separate confirmation of shipping channel, packaging, and cost.
