Return Policy

This policy explains return eligibility after refund approval, return routes, timelines, restrictions, and special handling for Brazil local-warehouse orders.

Return Eligibility

  • Only orders that pass refund review and meet eligible refund scenarios may proceed to return processing.
  • Returned products should remain in original packaging, complete with accessories, and unused unless the return is caused by verified damage or quality issues.

Timeline and Return Route

  • After refund approval, return goods should generally be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Late shipment may be treated as a waiver of return rights.
  • China direct-shipping orders to the U.S. or Brazil are generally returned to a designated China return warehouse and processed under cross-border customs rules.
  • U.S. warehouse orders are generally returned to the corresponding U.S. warehouse, and the refund flow is completed after warehouse inspection.

Brazil Special Rules

  • Brazil direct-shipping orders may be returned to a designated China return warehouse according to platform instructions.
  • Brazil local-warehouse orders currently do not support physical returns. If a verified quality issue exists, the case may proceed directly to refund review with valid evidence, without returning the goods.

Restrictions

  • Each order generally supports only one return request.
  • Returned goods must match the order SKU, specification, and quantity. Additional unrelated items must not be included.
  • Late returns, human-caused damage, or mismatched goods may be rejected or result in refund adjustment.
